I am writing to share my final review of my recent experience with this supplier. I purchased a Qasil from them, but it was of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. Despite my concerns about receiving the wrong item, the supplier did not acknowledge the mistake or offer a refund when I requested it. Their response to my complaint was unprofessional and dismissive. They demanded that to submit a test report to prove my claims, showing a lack of accountability and customer service. This was extremely disappointing. After escalating the matter to Alibaba, I received a refund, which was a relief. However, this experience has revealed the supplier’s poor quality control and customer service standards. I advise caution when considering doing business with them due to their unreliable product quality and unprofessional conduct. In conclusion, my experience with them has been unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend them to others.
